My Auditing Journey Ep9 - Tracy Sienko

With 25 years of pharmaceutical experience across all stages of development and manufacturing, Tracy Sienko has faced every kind of challenge, giving her the opportunity to think deeply about her role and how well she can perform it.

Here Tracy chats to Peter about her career, getting her start in raw materials before gaining experience at the other end of the development cycle in packaging and tableting.

Tracy started her auditing career in East Africa, helping organisations audit supply chains that provided much needed materials for high priority vaccination programmes. From there she caught the bug and has been auditing ever since.
