Carole Bingley is a technical specialist and has undertaken both ingredient evaluation and product development projects for food manufacturers and ingredient suppliers. Recent projects include development of dairy alternatives and vegan meat alternatives based on plant proteins.

 

 

Megan Eade has been with RSSL for six years, during which time she has undertaken ingredient evaluation and product development projects for leading manufacturers and has worked considerably on staying on top of market trends to support food and drink clients in their innovations.
